Kari Mundschau, President
Kari Mundschau is Assistant Vice President of Steele Street Bank and Trust. She directs her talents toward growing core business, as well as lending services. She embraces her organization’s commitment to superior customer service, an area in which she excels. Kari's community involvements includes Treasurer of MissionWear.org and Finance Chair of Share Our Strength’s Taste of the Nation.

Carrie Robinson, Vice-President
Carrie Robinson oversees the Executive Search Division of Lakeshore Staffing in Colorado; she is responsible for ensuring effective tactical execution and five-star-quality service for all customers. Carrie began her career in Phoenix, Arizona, where she joined the world’s largest privately held recruiting firm, AppleOne. In 2000, Carrie relocated to Chicago, Illinois to join Lakeshore Staffing, the human capital services sector of Jordan Industries, Inc., where she oversaw all executive employee placements internationally within Jordan’s private equity fund containing 97 portfolio companies. In 2004, Carrie founded Chicago-based Superior Executive Search & Consulting, LLC, a premier Executive Search firm specializing in recruitment of candidates for global corporate leadership positions. Carrie moved to Colorado in 2007 and sold Superior Executive Search, LLC, in 2009.

Mary Jo Titcombe, Immediate Past-President
Mary Jo Titcombe is a financial advisor at Edward Jones Investments in Denver Colorado. She began her financial career in 1997 and enjoys working with business owners and seniors. She has access to a wide variety of products and services through Edward Jones, including securities, education funding, retirement planning, life, disability and long-term care insurance, employee retirement plans and business succession planning.

Ginny Taylor, Secretary
Ginny Taylor grew up fascinated with fabric, tassels and buttons, because her Dad was in the clothing manufacturing business. For the last 7 years, she has funneled that passion into a career helping people pick the finishing touches on residential and commercial properties. Her creativity focuses in the areas of any type of window treatment, upholstery, bed coverings, table runners, chair covers, and pillows. Her ability to translate a client’s personal style into any room is unparalleled, and she also has awesome price points on roman shades, solar sun shades, wood blinds, shutters and cellular shades. Ginny honors a complimentary design consultation that includes a price estimate. She specializes in all types of window treatments, but has some magnificent upholstered headboards and bench seats in her portfolio also!

Mary-Frances Main, Vice-President of Public Relations and Marketing
With over two decades of experience in sales and marketing and a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Mary-Frances Main has been on "both sides" of the table, as a salesperson and as a small business owner. She has been designing web pages and running a home-based business since before it was popular (over 15 years). Her belief is that "new media" is a fabulous opportunity for small businesses to grow by use of the Internet. Mary-Frances has always welcomed small business as loyal clients and friends, some of whom she has been working with for over 20 years.
Mary-Frances is not only a professional blogger with “I am not a handbag” who has been maintaining her original blog since 2004, but also maintains Mid Century Style, a site for mid-century modern home enthusiasts. She’s active in her neighborhood organization as well as several other philanthropic organizations.

Lisa Voncino, Vice-President of Information Technology
Lisa is an entrepreneur, word architect and owner of Sundance Consulting
Solutions. She specializes in marketing of products and services in the
profit and non-profit sectors and loves to write creative and business
focused copy along with creating unique and individualized success
strategies for her clients.
Lisa is involved in numerous nonprofit organizations, including The Women's
Collaborative for Colorado and Art Reaching Kids (www.arkteens.org). She was
named Cherry Creek Business Women's Network Woman of the Year, 2009-2010.

Debby Kaufman, Vice-President of Membership
Debby has over 25 years of successful financial product management and development expertise. Her experience includes working as a Vice President at Citibank and positions with other financial institutions, including T. Rowe Price and Ernst & Young. She has been a key player in the design of the user experience for new financial products for both staff and customers – resulting in improved staff efficiency and positively impacting customer acquisition and retention.
Debby is currently a Relationship Manager with Heartland Payment Systems, a leading merchant services provider. |

Aina Holland, Parliamentarian
Aina Holland is the Founder of the Cherry Creek Business Women's Network, formerly known as Cherry Creek Business and Professional Women's Network. She is the past State President of the Illinois Federation of Business and Professional Women. Aina was instrumental in launching the Illinois Young Careerist program. During her 40 year tenure as a member of the organization, Aina has mentored countless numbers of young women and guided a number of them onto the leadership path within the organization and professionally. She has served the Colorado Federation as Treasurer, State Membership Team Leader and Parliamentarian and is part of the team that wrote the national prize winning manual "Membership in Action." Aina is currently the Vice-President of Finance and Human Resources Director at ILONA Inc.

Tam Baig, Finance Chair
Tam Baig is a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch. Together with his team, Tam offers a broad range of capabilities designed to build and enrich your financial life. He promises integrity, a disciplined approach, and commitment to his clients. This method allows his clients to enjoy life as their financial achievements help them attain their personal goals. Tam completed his master's degree in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He has served as a consultant to various micro-finance companies in South Asia and served over 11 years in the United States military.

Tina Bell, Treasurer
Tina Bell teaches computer skills and does bookkeeping for small businesses. She works with individuals at their place of work or home to help them master skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. One of her greatest pleasures in teaching is to facilitate learning in a 1:1 environment. She also enjoys helping entrepreneurs and small business owners organize their finances and accounting procedures. As Tina helps businesses to understand and monitor cash flow and reporting, owners have the opportunity to maximize client contact and output.
